Provital Solutions is a company, which develop, produce and sell water solutions and membranes for filtration of water.
The company has been driven by a technology focus, and needed to have a more customer oriented perspective towards, how they communicate and target their offerings to the customer and the user. The company wanted to work more formalised with their business strategy to create an even stronger focus on the combination between the technical and the commercial perspective.
PROCESS
Together with the company – Zimplifi developed a business strategy, which established a focus on the most important partner and customer needs. These were used as foundation for the company’s future focus on development of services and communication, which has focus on more than technical features in their offerings.
