Saint-Gobain one of the leading companies in the B2B industry within building services, has a target to become even better at creating comfort for the end user.
One of the focus areas is to be better at understanding the customers’ needs, and be better at communicating with the enduser. This requires a change internally and externally. To solve this assignment, Saint – Gobain Nordic contacted Zimplifi.

PROCESS
Together with the marketing management team from Nordic/Baltic Countries, it was decided to kickstart the project with the management team & develop the direction for this change process. An important perspective was to take both the internal and external perspective on, how to reach the direction. Zimplifi lead this process in setting the right targets & direction, getting the right input, and ensuring the first step of involvement and training of marketing employees in working more customer focused though out the value chain.
RESULT
A vision & foundation for the future direction for the project, and a foundation for starting the journey of being more customer centric as a B2B company, with the aim of having an increased focus on the end user. The aim is to have marketing as a key driver, both within the digital area, and the traditional product development.
