Creating a strong Brand within the Business2Business – Required we needed to move from a technical language & perspective to a more human touch.
AMI is the leading provider in simple, cost-effective, and scalable digital solutions for remote industrial assets and equipment. They specialize in IIoT systems and strategies for equipment manufacturers, distributors and other integrators in the fluid management sector. AMI’s IIoT solutions allow customers to connect equipment to the Internet, achieve data collection and analysis, and secure control of remote assets.
AMI Global are continuously developing their solutions and consulting business, and with the aim to be even more professional and a strong brand, they contacted Zimplifi for a new direction for their brand & communication.
PROCESS
With a mixed team of marketing, business and technical & design competencies a new direction for the AMI Global Brand was developed. Based on trends within the digitale area, customer needs and identification of the AMI Global Values three different proposals for the future brand direction was developed.
The aim with the brand proposals was to develop the future direction for the brand position & value of AMI Global as a company across all touchpoints. The prosposals contained – a shift from being very technical in communication to being more customer driven in their communication, hightlighting which difference and value the company brings to the customers and their business. The brand proposals also contained suggestion to tone of voice, font, style, form, colours and expressions, so these were linked to the customer needs and focus on differentiation within the water market.
The process took place over a 2 months period and worked with fast iterations in a close cooperation between the Zimplifi Team in DK and the AMI Global team in USA.
RESULT
- A new brand direction, which is applied across web, business cards, templates etc.
- A completely redesigned new UI platform
- A new homepage with the new brand identity implemented www.amiglobal.com
- Brand Guidelines describing the new brand (size of logo, font etc)
- The new brand has already contributed to higher sales
